Monthly Capacity of 200,000 Pieces
After years of experience in the scale industry, Enlighting Industrial Company Limited entered a new era with ISO 9001:2000 certification audited by SGS in 2008. We now have two brand-new buildings covering 16,000 square meters for office and workshop space, five assembly lines dedicated to electronic scales with a production capacity of 200,000 pieces per month, and 15 branded plastic injection machines for our scale housings.

Strict Quality Control to Ensure High Product Quality
We offer a quality guarantee period to our customers to demonstrate our commitment to being a responsible scale supplier. A strict quality control system is implemented and continuously strengthened in our factory, covering material supplier evaluation, incoming material inspection and evaluation, material classification, warehouse storage, and production quality control. We pay close attention to documentation analysis, which supports quality control based on accumulated experience.

10 New Models Launched Each Year
We have strong R&D capabilities, with five technicians specializing in scale software and design development in our R&D department. Each year, 10 new models are launched. We have a separate testing room where we conduct longevity, temperature, weight, sensor, and module tests for each new product and every shipment. We also have a separate QC room for random quality inspection prior to each shipment. To ensure RoHS compliance, we send samples of our electronic product series to TUV for testing and have obtained RoHS and PAHs certificates, as well as CE and EMC certifications from SGS.

Our commitment to reliability in quality, service, and price has earned us partnerships in tooling development for scale projects. We are pleased to have strong support and partnership from our customers, and we have been a supplier to major brands in the European market, especially in Germany and the U.K., including being a supplier to ALDI Germany for scales.
